We honored Raymond ‘Bud’ Duvall as our second Distinguished Scholar with a roundtable at 4:00 on Friday Feb 20, in the Jasperwood Room at the Hilton Riverside.  Speakers included Tarak Barkawi, James Caporaso, Michael Barnett, Jutta Weldes, Helen Kinsella, and Himadeep Muppidi.
